WHAT TO BRING

  1. Bedding: sleeping bags, pillows  and if you prefer sheets & blankets.
  2. Bath & Beach towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and kitchen towels.
  3. Personal toiletries: shower soap, shampoo/conditioner.
  4. Paper towels, dish towels, tin foil, plastic wrap, spices, and condiments.
  5. For the Cabin barbecue’s: charcoal, and starter fluid. Suite has propane BBQ.
  6. OPTIONAL ITEMS: Paper plates, cups, plastic utensils & flashlight w/batteries.
  7. Tennis shoes, thongs or "Aqua Socks" for the beach.
  8. Sun Block and bug repellent.
  9. Cabin’s: Must bring bottled water for drinking and cooking as the water is unfiltered lake water.  
  10. THE LUXURY GUEST SUITE has a filtered water system and linens are provided.
  11. If you are bringing your boat, please check with our office regarding the "Muscle Inspection" sticker that is needed for your boat or jet ski.


ATTENTION BOAT and JET SKI OWNERS: AVOID THE $1,000 MINIMUM FINE! If you are planning to bring a boat or a Jet Ski to Honeymoon Cove Estate you must have a LAKE COUNTY MUSSEL STICKER (not the DMV mussel sticker that comes with your boat registration) the cost is only $20.00 for a calendar month. Your boat or Jet Ski must be inspected before it goes into the water. You can obtain your sticker right in Clearlake at: Clearlake Bait and Tackle, 14699 Lakeshore Drive. Please call for hours: Phone: 707-994-4399 If you want someone to meet you at Honeymoon Cove Estate and inspect your boat, you can call Conrad Colbrandt at 707-245-9181. The sticker will be $20.00 plus a nominal service fee of $10.00 to come on site.


Suggestion: Many of our guests have purchased inflatable Kayak's since we have a great shelter cove to go Kayaking. You can check with Walmart, Big Five or your local sporting goods store for Kayak's or other inflatable items to make your stay more enjoyable out on the lake. We provide an air compressor to blow up any inflatable's.

GROUND RULES AND RESTRICTIONS

  1. Pets are welcome in all 3 of the 1930’s Rustic Cabins ONLY SORRY NO EXCEPTIONS!
  2. Check in time: 2:00 P.M.
  3. Check out time: 12:00 NOON.  
  4. Quiet Time 10:00 P.M. Please observe.
  5. NO PHONES IN CABINS OR SUITE. Cell phone service with Verizon, Sprint and ATT all have coverage. Wi-Fi Available.
  6. Each unit has an allowable maximum number of guests. Any guests exceeding the maximum will be charged $25.00 per night. Guests who stay for the day will be subject to a $15.00 charge. This is for your benefit to avoid overcrowding of the resort.
  7. All Cabins and Luxury Guest Suite are NON-SMOKING - Please Observe.
  8. Our dock can accommodate up to two boats. Please let us know if you plan on bringing your boat.



CANCELLATION POLICY

Because of Clear Lake's short Summer season, cancellations will be accepted up to 30 days before your arrival date for a refund. After that date it will be up to you to find someone to take your place if we cannot. There will be no exceptions to this policy.​
