ITEMS TO BRING TO HONEYMOON COVE FOR YOUR VACATION

• 1. Bath towels, beach towels, wash cloths, hand and shower soap.
• 2. Paper towels , Dish Towels, tin foil, plastic wrap, spices, and condiments.
• 3. For the barbecue: charcoal, and starter fluid.
• 4. OPTIONAL ITEMS: Paper plates cups, plastic utensils & flashlight w/batteries.
• 5. Your favorite pillows, sheets and pillow cases for your unit below:
  Unit 1: 1- Double Sofa Bed 1-Queen Bed 1-Single Roll Away or Queen Air Mattress
  UNIT 2: 2-Double Bed 1-Double Sofa Bed
  UNIT 3: 1-Double Bed
• 6. Tennis shoes, thongs or "Aqua Socks" (KMART, TARGET or WALMART) for the beach. Also do not forget your Sun Block for the summer.
• 7. We recommend that you use bottled water for drinking (it can be purchased at Safeway or Walmart while going through town on the way to our place).

GROUND RULES AND RESTRICTIONS

• 1. NO pets allowed by Insurance Restrictions.
• 2. A cleaning deposit of $200.00 will be collected at the manager's office upon arrival. It is completely refundable if your unit is left as clean as when you arrived. Cleaning supplies will be in your unit. The manager's discretion will be final.
• 3. Check in time: 2:00 P.M.
  Check out time: 12:00 NOON. Please observe.
  Quiet Time 10:00 P.M. Please observe.
  
• 4. NO PHONES IN CABINS. Verizon, Sprint and ATT all have coverage. NexTel has no coverage. Wi-Fi available in some cabins.
• 5. Each unit has an allowable maximum number of guests. Any guests exceeding the maximum will be charged $25.00 per night. Guests who stay for the day will be subject to a $15.00 charge. This is for your benefit to avoid overcrowding of the resort.
• 6. If you are bringing a boat make sure that you have a third wheel on your boat trailer for ease of launching if you want to use our electric winch.
• 7. Our dock will accommodate up to four boats for berthing. Each unit is allowed only one boat to be berthed at the dock.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Because of Clear Lake's short Summer season, cancellations will be accepted up to 90 days before your arrival date for a refund. After that date it will be up to you to find someone to take your place if we cannot. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
