1. Bath towels, beach towels, wash cloths, hand and shower soap.

2. Paper towels, tin foil, plastic wrap, spices, and condiments.

3. For the barbecue: charcoal, and starter fluid.

6. Tennis shoes, thongs or the new "Aqua Socks" (KMART, TARGET or WALMART) for the beach. Also do not forget your Sun Block for the summer.

7. We recommend that you use bottled water for drinking (it can be purchased at Safeway while going through town on the way to our place).

1. NO pets allowed by Insurance Restrictions.

2. A cleaning deposit of $200.00 will be collected at the manager's office upon arrival. It is completely refundable if your unit is left as clean as when you arrived. Cleaning supplies will be in your unit. The manager's discretion will be final.

4. There is a pay telephone located on the property, which requires quarters for local calls. If you plan to use the pay telephone, you must use a Telephone Calling Card which you dial an "800 Number" to handle any long distance calls. No telephones in the units. If you have a Cellular Phone check with your provider on Service.

5. Each unit has an allowable maximum number of guests. Any guests exceeding the maximum will be charged $25.00 per night. Guests who stay for the day will be subject to a $15.00 charge. This is for your benefit to avoid overcrowding of the resort.

6. If you are bringing a boat make sure that you have a third wheel on your boat trailer for ease of launching if you want to use our electric winch.
