Rates subject to 9% Transient Occupancy Tax.  Rates subject to change without notice.

* Weekend or daily rates are subject to availability. Weekend only reservations cannot be made more than four days in advance of desired dates between June 15th and September 30th.

** NOTE: Unit #6 is NO SMOKING!

A charge of $25.00 per day per extra person is made for occupancy in excess of the above for anyone over the age of 6 years. Sorry, no pets allowed, as per county ordinance.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Because of Clear Lake's short Summer season, cancellations will be accepted up to 90 days before your arrival date for a refund. Three Day Holiday require a 120 day cancellation. After that date it will be up to you to find someone to take your place if we cannot. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
